SHIPPING INFO

For you color contact lenses. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 11 AM will be processed and shipped in 72 ours. 

​

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped in 72 ours from the following business day. 

​

Please find below an overview of the shipping options and times. If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

Delivery details

Italy: 2 to 3 working days (delivery until 8PM). 

Europe and Extra Europe: Depending on your country our Customer Service will let you know.

Delivery Costs

Italy: Shipping costs are charged at the check out. Free Delivery for an expense greater than 70€.

Europe and Extra Europe: Shipping costs are charged at the check out. If your country is not present in the list please contact us.

Please note that your order cannot be processed by our delivery partners on public holidays, so these days do not count as working days. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN

 

  • The Return & Exchange policy is applicable only on damaged items. The policy is not applicable on promotion or sales items. 

​​

  • Customer should report the case of Exchange or Return by writing us an email using the section Contact Us within 30 days form the date of dispatch of the goods from our warehouse.

​​

  • It is mandatory to Contact our Customer Service using the section Contact Us, one of our service agent will assist you with your return or exchange request. 

​​

  • Returns or Exchanges not organized by our customer service will not be accepted.  

​​

  • The product must be returned to us in the same condition as recieved and in its original box and packaging intact. The original invoice must be presented along with a copy of your ID. 

​​

  • In the event of a Return we will transform your request into a shopping voucher with the value of your withdrawal, valid for 60 days from the date of receipt of the goods in stock. 

​​

  • All products must be returned within 30 days from the despatch of the goods from our warehouse, unused and in the same condition as recieved, in their original box and packaging, along withthe original invoice and must be presented a copy of your ID. â€‹â€‹

​

  • It will be possible to access the return or exchange policy only within the established deadlines, after checking the terms and for undamaged or not open products.

EXCHANGE

​

  • Exchange items are not applicable on promotion or sales items exceptions are only given if an item is damaged.

​​

  • Customer should report the case of Exchange or Return to customer service by email from the section CONTACTS of our website. 

​​

  • Exchanges of goods will not be accepted if they are not agreed with our customer service first. Contact the Customer service by email using our CONTACT section of the website.

 

  • Exchange can be within 15 days but it should be reported upon receipt of the order.

 

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), you may exchange your product(s) with any other product(s).

 

  • In case the customer is exchanging with a product with different price then he/she will pay the difference while receiving the new item.
